Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at service@thriftchoice.com and include your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions from us. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at service@thriftchoice.com with your order details and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at service@thriftchoice.com.
