1. What products does THRIFTCHOICE sell?

THRIFTCHOICE offers practical storage organizers designed for underwear, socks, clothing, and other everyday personal items. Product sizes, colors, and specifications are listed on each product page.

2. Where do you ship?

THRIFTCHOICE currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How long does shipping take?

The estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of order. This includes approximately 1–2 business days for processing and 6–13 business days for shipping transit.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Orders totaling $0.00–$39.98 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.00.

Orders of $39.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status through the carrier's website.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will do our best to assist you, but once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at service@thriftchoice.com as soon as possible and include your order number and relevant photos when applicable.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.

8. What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide return instructions.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item according to our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order separately.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

THRIFTCHOICE currently accepts PayPal only.

All prices and payments are processed in United States dollars (USD).

12. Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through PayPal. THRIFTCHOICE does not directly collect or store your complete PayPal account information or full payment card details.
